Luxury in the heart of Utah

If a peaceful mountain, hiking and meditation sound like what you want on your next vacation then I’ve found the perfect place for you.

An otherworldly desert retreat, the Amangiri property is situated on 600 pristine acres in Canyon Point, Utah with sweeping views towards Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. Amangiri (which stands for “peaceful mountain”) is set in Utah’s stunning canyon country and incorporates the beauty of the Four Corners desert in its design.

The central Pavilion, built around a dramatic swimming pool, houses the Living Room, Gallery, Library and Dining Room/Cellar. Amangiri’s 34 suites, entered via a private courtyard, offer private plunge pools and rooftop terraces, as well as modern, airy living, dining and sleeping areas with white-stone floors that echo the area’s natural stone.

Sound relaxing?

Over the course of three nights you’ll join leading wellness specialists for a retreat that will rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. All sessions will be tailored to your individual needs, following an initial consultation upon arrival.

Think daily hikes on the property, a group fitness class, consultations with movement instructors, your choice of crystal sound bath, flotation or myofascial classes. Your choice of Pilates, personal training or yoga classes, and massages to help you achieve an even deeper state of relaxation.

Utah wasn’t on my radar until a client recently requested a wellness focused retreat that didn’t involve a beach. Now that I’ve found the Amangiri I can’t wait to send clients who are looking for peace and quiet to a destination that will allow them to unplug, enjoy nature and top notch service.
