How We Work
Step 1 - Discovery
Complete the online booking form to help us understand what you’re looking for in your next trip. We will then schedule a discovery call to get to know you, dig deeper on your goals for the trip, and better understand your travel preferences. During this 30 minute call, we’ll also review our planning process and fee structure. We love this step of the process, as it allows us to gain a better understanding of how we can provide the elevated experience you’re seeking and ensure that a collaborative partnership with Perspectives Travel is the right fit for your travel needs.
Step 2 - Research & Design
Let Perspectives Travel get to work! We take the learnings from the discovery phase and begin thoroughly researching every aspect of your trip to identify the best possible options to meet your needs. At this step of the process, we also engage our global network of luxury travel partners to identify ways to elevate your experience through things like room and suite upgrades, one-of-a-kind experiences, resort credits, added amenities, and more. This is where the power of our partnerships really comes into play!
Step 3 - Finalize Itinerary
We’ll present you with an itinerary, inclusive of any applicable preferred partner benefits, and will record a video that walks you through each component on the itinerary. The more feedback you can provide, the better we are able to make final adjustments in order to confirm your reservations. Once you decide to proceed, we will book your travel and provide you with a comprehensive digital itinerary with detailed information on all aspects of your trip.
Step 4 - Reconfirm and Departure
Before you depart, we’ll send you a travelers’ checklist with action items for you to complete to make sure you’re ready for departure. While you’re working on that, we’re thoroughly reviewing your itinerary and reaching out to our local partners on the ground. This ensures that they’re ready to receive you and execute on all aspects of the itinerary. We will also touch base with you to reconfirm travel details and provide any reminders about the trip.
Step 5 - Travel and Debrief
Our first touchpoint will be within 24 hours of your arrival. After that we like to follow along behind the scenes, so that we don’t disrupt your vacation bliss. If you need anything while you’re traveling, you’ll have a detailed list of contacts, and we’ll be available for any emergencies or urgent changes. Once you return home, let’s schedule a time to recap your trip and chat about the most memorable moments and lessons learned. This arms us with even more of your preferences, so as we collaborate on future trips, we’re able to anticipate your needs and make each trip better than the last.
