Rates
At Perspectives Travel we believe in simplifying travel planning, which means that our rate structure is also simplified.
Travel Management Fees: We offer 3 levels of service with travel management fees starting at $600. Complete the Plan Your Trip form to share your travel needs and our team will be in touch with more details on our availability and rates.
Travel Investments aka Budgets: Perspectives Travel client's investments generally start at $1,000 per person, per day, excluding airfare. However, keep in mind that travel investments are always destination dependent, and vary by time of year, number of travelers, touring preferences, and length of trip. For this reason we do not have a minimum budget requirement and will assess each trip on an individual basis.
Hotel Only Bookings: There is no fee if you know what hotel you want to book and would like your stay VIP’d with complimentary amenities. Our preferred partnerships are with five star hotel brands and select 4 star and boutique hotel properties. You can also book a hotel here and we will VIP your stay and add complimentary preferred partner benefits.
Please note:
Rates vary and are dependent on the number of travelers, destination, length of stay, and complexity of the trip.
Rates are valid for up to 6 leisure travelers.
Groups of 7+ are billed at the hourly rate with a $1,000 deposit due to begin work. There may also be minimum budget requirements for groups of 7+.
Corporate travel is billed at the hourly rate.
100% of the rate is due upon hiring and is non-refundable.
When the payment is made, you will also be required to sign a terms and conditions agreement.
There are a few components of travel Perspectives Travel does not book including: home rentals on Airbnb or VRBO, hotels using points or miles, hotels that are not 4* or above, flights booked with credits, miles or points and leisure group trips larger than 10 guests.
